According to the records of the mainland writer Xiao Tao, Hao Bai Village’s hometown is in Hao Rong Village, about 30 kilometers southwest of Yancheng City. The local area is an underdeveloped area in northern Jiangsu. However, due to Hao Bai Village’s direct flights to Taipei, Hao Bai Village himself He also took the first flight from Taipei to Yancheng in 2011 and returned to his hometown for the sixth time.

Xiao Tao said in his article that Hao Bocun’s original name is Hao Bochun, and he lives at home three times, with an older brother and older sister, and a younger brother and three younger sisters. When Hao Baicun was 3 years old, he contracted smallpox with his brother and sister. His brother Achun and his sister Fengzi died unfortunately, but he survived the disaster and survived. From then on, Hao Baicun became the eldest brother in the eyes of his younger siblings. After graduating from junior high school, Hao Baicun was admitted to the Nanjing Army Military Academy (formerly known as Huangpu Military Academy) and began his 55-year military career. In 1950, Gu Zhutong, Chief of Staff, withdrew from Hainan Island to Taiwan. His eldest brother Hao Bosen, eldest sister Hao Jinchun, second sister Hao Xiuchun and third sister Hao Zhengchun all stayed in the mainland.

In 1940, the mother of Hao Bai Village, Yuan Zhenbao, died of illness. Four years later, his father, Hao Xuling, also passed away. Hao Bai Village failed to give his parents an end. The last time he returned to his hometown was in January 1938. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, the elder brother Hao Bosen also left his hometown and went to study in other places. The eldest sister Hao Jinchun took on the heavy responsibility of taking care of the two younger sisters.

In 1992, Hao Longbin, the eldest son of Hao Baicun as the "President of the Executive Yuan", returned to Yancheng to worship his ancestors. Although Hao Longbin had no public position at the time, his itinerary was extremely low-key. He stayed in Haorong Village for an hour and a half before leaving. In 1999, Hao Bocun came back to Yancheng with his wife Guo Guanhua, his sons Hao Longbin, Hao Longsi and others to visit the tomb. It has been 61 years since he left his hometown that year.

Hao Bosen was formerly known as Hao Zhongchun, and once used the name Hao Zhongcun. He was implicated by Hao Baicun in the remote Zunyi of Guizhou Province. Although he went to university, he worked as a conductor at the train station. After the Cultural Revolution, his situation improved. He came to Taiwan for medical treatment and died in 1993 at the age of 71.

Xiao Tao's article pointed out that the three sisters of Hao Bai Village are very low-key, and there are not many reports about them. The eldest sister Hao Jinchun is now 9 years old and lives in Sichuan. The second sister Hao Xiuchun lives in Tianjin and has long retired. The third sister, Hao Zhengchun, had been engaged in education before retiring. The list of retired faculty members of Peking University has teachers with the same name and surname, but it has not been confirmed that they are the same person.
