The

National Medical Team is composed of Beijing Hospital, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, China-Japan Friendship Hospital, Peking University First Hospital, Peking University People’s Hospital, and the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical University. As an important force in this aid to Hubei, the National Medical Team shoulders the important responsibilities of the party and the country. The medical team of Peking University People's Hospital that went to Wuhan this time consisted of 6 doctors, 13 nurses and 1 hospital expert from the Office of Intensive Medicine, Emergency, Respiratory Intensive Care and Control. The Department of Critical Care Medicine of Peking University People's Hospital is an important part of the medical team, and team leader Zhang Liu assumes more important responsibilities.

The hospital we are about to assist is the new coronavirus pneumonia ward of the Zhongyuan District of Wuhan Tongji Hospital. After rigorous and painstaking training, everyone became more aware of the contaminated area, buffer zone and clean area of the hospital, and mastered putting on and taking off protective clothing. At 9 pm on January 28, 2020, the ward will be taken over by the national medical team. As the first national medical team to be stationed in the ward, the medical team of Peking University People’s Hospital was led by Captain Zhang Liu, assisted by Dr. Guo Wei and Ni Wentao. At the same time, there are experienced SARS-experienced Wang Wen and Wang Qiu, head nurses and sensory controllers Chen Meilian checked, and 8 nurses including Wang Shengnan, Zhu Xianna and Liu Hongying entered the ward first. As the first batch of medical teams stationed in the ward, we are still somewhat nervous. We did our work as meticulously and rigorously as we could, and communicated with the local hospitals, and really did the work well,” said team leader Zhang Liu truthfully. The ward was opened for the first time and 12 new coronavirus patients were admitted that night. Two cases of pneumonia patients were seriously ill. One of them was a parturient and also a nurse.

Wang Shengnan from the medical team of Peking University People’s Hospital is a nurse in the Department of Critical Care Medicine. As a party member, after receiving the notice, Wang Shengnan, who was on the night shift, quickly handed over the shift with his colleagues, and rushed home late at night to pack his bags. After arriving home, it was the early morning of the second day of the New Year. After briefing his parents, he packed his bags. Because his father had just finished the brain aneurysm surgery I was afraid that his elderly would disagree, but I didn’t expect her parents to be very supportive and get up to help tidy up. She was inexplicably uncomfortable, but in the face of the raging pneumonia, she could no longer take care of so much.

In the afternoon of the second day of the second year, Beijing was a bit cloudy Shen Shen, the head of the hospital, the head of the department, and the head nurse escorted us to the Capital Airport. Then Wang Shengnan followed the national medical team to Wuhan. "There is nothing to say, the country and the people need me," Wang Shengnan said. "This mother is today. I just came here at night, just three weeks after giving birth. When I saw her, she was already lying on the bed."

Wang Shengnan was a little emotional, "She is also a nurse, just became a mother, and she was a little unstable." She wiped her tears, and then said, “She knows that I am from Beijing, but she is still a little excited. I can understand her anxiety and want to comfort her, so I will come over and talk to her when I finish treating other patients.” “Because they are all The medical workers are all mothers. I think we can still talk, but she told me that her father, mother, and father-in-law were all sick and were diagnosed with the new coronavirus and were admitted to the hospital. With further communication, she was obviously a little anxious, and I tried to pat her shoulder to comfort. She didn't cry like I thought, she believed that their whole family would be safe. But she didn’t know that her mother had worn a non-invasive ventilator because of breathing difficulties.” Wang Shengnan was a little choked. “We need her optimism to help her and her family tide over the difficulties, but I don’t know if we should compare this to this. My little sister reveals everything."

"Wearing heavy protective clothing did isolate us from the patient, but I can feel her strength. It is already 12 o'clock in the night. She is still not sleepy at all, and the question is still transferred. I can only say that the mother in the critically ill area is still stable. In the middle of the night, I was forced to replace the job because of lack of physical strength. Before I left, I gave her a thumbs up, and she nodded slightly to me. I believe she will get better and better, and I wish her and her family peace and early victory over the disease. "

"The people of Wuhan are right in front of them. Although they can't see our faces, we still want to transmit our power from the goggles as much as possible and let them feel it." Captain Zhang Liu added. Party members took the lead, matched the old and the new, and complemented each other's professions. The "People's Hospital people" were triumphant! Then they were succeeded by the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical College and Peking University.Hospitals and hospitals in the Beiyi system actively rush forward, showing the spirit of hard work and dedication of Beiyi people. If one party is in trouble and all parties support, we will be more confident and motivated to work hard, treat more patients, and unite! I believe that our joint efforts will definitely defeat the epidemic!
