The People's Procuratorate of Handan City, Hebei Province charged: From January 2006 to before the Spring Festival in 2023, the defendant Hao Hongjun used his position as deputy mayor of Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection of Fushun City, Liaoning Province , Member of the Standing Committee of the Dalian Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Director of the Supervisory Committee of Dalian, Liaoning Province, Deputy Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of Liaoning Province, Deputy Director of the Supervisory Committee, Chairman of the Dalian Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference, etc. The conveniences in their positions and the formation of their powers or status provide convenience for relevant units and individuals in their work.
