In addition, Cai Jia fabricated the so-called conclusion given by Tesla staff that the car owner stepped on the switch 0.2 seconds before the crash, fabricated remarks about regional executives who were insensitive to the public, and also used the words "there is something in his mind" and "big change" ( "Insulting", "insensitive", "disgusting" and other insulting and negative words, maliciously slandering and disparaging the reputation of Tesla Motors. The number of fans of "Boss Cai" increased from 540,000 at the time of the lawsuit to 5.4 million, but he was not punished by the platform for committing infringement. At the end of August, accounts related to "Boss Cai" were banned on multiple platforms.
