"Wing Chun" is written by Feng Shuangbai, chairman of the Chinese Dancers Association, with "Twin Stars" Han Zhen and Zhou Liya in the domestic dance world serving as chief choreographers. It is the sequel to "Only This" After "Green", "The Eternal Wave" and "Mulan", this is another masterpiece co-directed by the two.
"Wing Chun" creates the image of a "Chinese hero" represented by Guangdong martial arts masters. The dance drama combines the martial arts moves of the five major kung fu schools - Wing Chun, Mantis Fist, Bagua Zhang, Bajiquan and Tai Chi. The dance characteristics of classical dance and modern dance are cleverly combined to show a new artistic charm.
In "Wing Chun", Lu Chengliang, who plays the Bagua Zhang master, humorously summarizes the martial arts learning process: If you want to learn how to fight, you must first learn how to be beaten. After countless fights and beatings, the creators can better understand the source of power.
"Martial arts masters often tell them martial arts stories during the teaching process. These stories contain the principles of life and doing things, and touch the inner meaning to explore the 'roots' of martial arts." Chang Hongji, who plays Ip Man, said that everyone always respects the martial arts when choreographing dance moves. Maintain the original state, add some dance processing to the martial arts, and mainly adjust the rhythm.

Yongcheng, played by Xu Tianhui, is a middle-aged woman. The huge difference in age and mood often prevents Xu Tianhui from fully expressing the character accurately. She reads relevant books and watches a lot of movies and TV shows. The work, under the guidance of director Zhou Liya, shows the audience the strength and belief of women of that era. At the end of the
interview, Chang Hongji showed the audience classic clips from the play, guided the four audience members to experience Wing Chun movements, and helped them complete the "Ip Man Squat" challenge.
The four creative teachers were humorous and shared their growth stories with the dance drama "Wing Chun". The teachers and students at the scene experienced the charm of the dance drama "Wing Chun" up close, understood the extensive and profound Chinese martial arts culture, and strengthened their cultural confidence.
