Zhou Zhonglei said that after rescuing the person, he hurriedly took his belongings Rushed to work. Weng Yuliang, a police officer from the Bund Police Station of the Huangpu District Public Security Bureau, told reporters that the alarm was received at around 9:50 that morning. When the police arrived at the scene, they saw that the person who fell into the water had been rescued.
