Specifically, the initial score of "health points" is 100 points, and one violation will deduct 1-8 points, while anchors who apply through professional or high-quality anchors can get an initial score of up to 120 points. The number of points deducted is determined by the degree of violation, anchor level and influence. For the same illegal content, anchors with higher number of fans or live broadcast room viewers will be deducted an additional 1-5 points.

Under this system, anchors with a total score of less than 70 points will have reduced recommendations and limited PK times in a single day; anchors with a score of less than 40 points will be prohibited from using the PK function; if the total score is less than 20 points, they will also lose gifts. Income function; anchors with 0 points will have their live broadcast rights permanently reclaimed.

Anchors who complete online learning or continue to comply with live broadcasts can get extra points. Anchors who live broadcast for more than 2 hours a day for a total of 5 days and have no violations can receive 5 additional points. If an anchor with only 10 points wants to get rid of the "no gift" predicament, he needs to live broadcast without violation for more than 10 days, no less than 2 hours a day; if he wants to return to the normal score, he needs to accumulate 50 days of compliant live broadcast.

Before the implementation of the "health points" system, the management of live broadcast rooms mainly relied on single penalties, such as one-time warnings, interruptions, and temporary withdrawal of live broadcast permissions based on illegal content. But now, the live broadcast room pays more attention to the long-term performance of the anchor. If there are too many cumulative violations, the live broadcast income will be lost. On the first day when the punishment came into effect, nearly 5,000 anchors had their live broadcast recommendations reduced, restricted functions, and even their live broadcast permissions permanently revoked. Among them, 303 anchors had their permission to receive gifts turned off; at the same time, 27,500 anchors applied through professional or high-quality anchors.
