The theme is learning, innovation, and development. I came back from Zhejiang University to talk about my experience. Six representatives who participated in the training course for party branch secretaries held by the Provincial Water Affairs Department at Zhejiang University talked about their learning experience. Participating in the special study sessions were all the staff of the government agencies, the directors and deputy directors of the agency service centers and dispatching centers, and about 60 representatives of individual grassroots units.
From April 15th to April 20th, the Provincial Water Affairs Department organized 47 party members and leading cadres from the party organizations directly under the units to train and study at Zhejiang University, a century-old prestigious school with a long history and outstanding reputation. Songtao selected 14 people to participate. Although the training lasted only 5 days, everyone gained a lot. Wu Ruqiang, Wu Shichuan, Chen Weibiao, three deputy directors, and Xiang Hongwu, branch secretary of the hydropower department, Sun Hongguan, branch secretary of Yuejin District, and Huang Liangxiong, secretary of Nanfeng Power Station branch, spoke deeply about their own learning at the meeting experience.
Everyone agrees that the training course arrangement is scientific and reasonable, thorough and orderly, and the content is exciting and rich. A total of 8 courses are arranged in 5 days, including General Secretary Xi Jinping's thoughts on state governance and strategic layout of national system construction, "three-type" party organization construction and party building innovation, emergencies and media response, and Internet + opportunities and changes, there are Chinese wisdom and humanistic cultivation, water conservancy reform and Zhejiang's "five waters co-governance" experience sharing, etc. There are also on-site teaching, visited the site of the "National Congress" of the Communist Party of China in Nanhu, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, and the Nanhu Revolutionary Memorial Hall, learned the Red Boat Spirit ; visited Tonglu County beautiful village construction, and firmly established that green water and green mountains are golden mountains Silver Mountain concept.
The six representatives all talked about the beauty of the teachers' erudition and the beauty of Hangzhou's cultural heritage. Each teacher is knowledgeable, witty and humorous, and can analyze and explain topics in combination with the new era, new situation, new requirements, and new concepts. The language is rich and meaningful, and the classroom atmosphere is active and interesting. The students have a strong interest in learning, and there is no absenteeism. Really understand, benefit a lot.
The deepest experience of everyone in this training is innovation. Whether it is the spirit of the Red Boat, the "Governance of Five Waters", or the Internet +, etc., all embody the concept of innovative development. Everyone said that in the future work, we must take Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the guide, comprehensively Carry forward the spirit of innovation, strengthen party building work, and promote Songtao to create first-class large-scale reservoirs and first-class large-scale irrigation areas.
At the meeting, Director Su pointed out that this learning opportunity is very rare. By going out and bringing back good ideas, everyone not only broadened their horizons, increased their knowledge, but also promoted their work. Director Su put forward two requirements and hopes for the return of this study and future work:
1. Deep learning, mastery, and innovative ideas. Director Su pointed out that when the six comrades talked about their experience just now, the most they talked about was innovation. Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the new party constitution has written Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era into the party constitution. This is an innovative theory and guides the continuous development of the Communist Party of China. Zhejiang's "five water co-governance" is at the forefront of the country, which is innovation. Through this study and talk about experience, everyone should innovate concepts and innovative thinking management. General Secretary Xi Jinping said at the meeting celebrating the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the province and the establishment of a special economic zone in Hainan that the special zone spirit is the spirit of "dare to venture, dare to try, dare to be the first, and work hard". Songtao is an old unit, and the employees are conservative in thinking and lack of innovation awareness. Under the current situation, Songtao people must change their ideas in time. General Secretary Xi requires party members and cadres to maintain a sense of pressure to overcome obstacles, a sense of mission to move forward courageously, and a sense of responsibility to start a business. Everyone should learn deeply through learning and improve their awareness of innovation.
2. Keep up with the situation, find the right position, and advance the work. At present, the Party Central Committee has decided to support the construction of a free trade pilot zone on the whole island of Hainan, and support Hainan to gradually explore and steadily promote the construction of a free trade port with Chinese characteristics. We must correctly study and judge the current situation, and clearly define Hainan as a national ecological civilization pilot zone and a major national strategic service guarantee zone. We public officials must have a clear understanding of the situation and change our attitude of being indifferent to whatever we do and not having any business to do with ourselves. The positioning of Songtao is to create a first-class large-scale irrigation area and a large reservoir. Songtao Reservoir is the largest reservoir and the largest drinking water protection area in Hainan. Building an ecological irrigation area is to build free trade for Hainan.district to contribute. Our next key work is to carry out the reform of public institutions by classification and immediately. In the first half of the year, we must complete the tasks according to the plan, and truly make decisions and make decisions. We must work hard to rejuvenate the country and empty talk to harm the country. We must do practical things and tell the truth.
